you where you can directly download the products you ordered.

The download link
remains active (on your computer only) for 24 hours, and then the
system automatically deactivates the link.

If you have any
problems downloading your purchases, please email us at

and we will re-activate the link for another 24 hours.

If there is a
problem with PayPal, the website, or anything else, please email us
at
jd@julesavenue.com
and we will
repair the problem as soon as possible.
Usage Contract
Everyone
pirates CDs, videos, DVDs, software, clipart, plug-ins, etc., and we have pirated a
few tunes ourselves. However, in these tough recession times, if you/we
continue to pirate other people's work, these individuals may be forced to
discontinue providing their products. If they cannot make a living with
their skills, they cannot afford to continue providing you with the fruits
of their labor.
In other words, if you buy
our products, then give copies to all your friends, the next time you visit
this site for more of our creations, it may be gone. Right now, we don't
even earn enough to keep the site running, and it has to pay for itself,
eventually, or we'll have to shut down. So, these are our usage terms:

You can use our products for any project; i.e., personal,
professional, business, or whatever you like. They wouldn't be much
good to you if you could not use them in ALL your design projects
(both at home and at work).

Do not resell or copy and distribute any of the presets purchased
from this site. However, if you produce a design project and your
client wants copies of the "original" files, with all the layers
intact, you can't remove the presets used to create those files, and
that's ok. Fortunately, most designers (including us), rarely give
our clients our original "unmerged layers" files, so this probably
won't happen that often.

Please tell your friends & colleagues about our site, but don't
share the merchandise.
